JK Harris Publications, LLC ventured out
in 1998 to help families in their home state of Florida.
The focus was simple - to inform the community about the
mass of wonderful resources available to them. Thus, the Family
Almanac was born! This digest-sized publication
is a community partnership, connecting families with agencies
that provide valuable services. The Family Almanac is
currently published in two cities in Florida.
Through extensive research and reader
responses, JK Harris realized the need to bring the Early
Care & Education Guide to parents seeking
choices for quality care and education for their children.
In the year 2000, the first Early Care & Education
Guide was published here in Florida. The Early
Care & Education Guide delivers a targeted
readership looking for the right early care resources,
the best advice and the latest products and services. Currently
distributed in 10 cities throughout the country, the Early
Care & Education Guide has become the
nation’s #1 guide to local early care options.
